Paris Carter returns to the Hawks for season two; After a stellar professional career abroad in United Kingdom with Team Leicester Warriors. Carter will take up front court duties as a great ball handler, shooter, and a big frame which allows him to physically punish smaller guards.

While at New Mexico State, Paris Carter played in 13 games for the Aggies as a junior and he started in one game. He averaged 6.1 points and 1.7 rebounds per contest. Carter had a 31.3 field goal percentage and 72.2 free three percentage.
Carter, a second team NJCAA Division II All-American, played his sophomore season at CecilCommunity College in Maryland. Carter, helped the Seahawks to a 33-3 overall record, tying for the most wins in school history, and a fifth place finish at the NJCAA Division II National Tournament. Behind Carter's 15.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game, Cecil claimed its third straight Maryland JUCO Conference regular season title and fourth straight Maryland JUCO Conference Tournament crown while finishing ranked No. 1 in the final NJCAA Division II national poll.
Carter played for Lake Clifton High Schoolin Baltimore. As a senior, Carter earned all-metro, all-city and all-state honors after averaging 23.8 points and 12.1 rebounds per game. He was a four-time Baltimore Sun Player of the Week and was the Las Vegas Hoops Classic Most Valuable Player. Carter also attended the Nike All-America Camp as a junior and senior.
